Grass-Fed Beef

Our beef is raised on a 100% grass-fed diet so they are typically a little “leaner” than grain fed beef. All our cattle are a black angus breed. The average hanging weight of a whole steer is around 700 pounds. Depending on the cuts, estimate around 450 pounds of “take home” (divide those in 2 for half share or in 4 for quarter share).

For half and whole share, you get choice of steak cuts where quarter you must agree with the other quarter share on steak cuts. Butchering fee also varies based on any specialty cuts like beef cubes, chipped steak, hot dogs, etc. Typically, for a whole beef butchered, it ranges from $500-600 (divide those in 2 for half share or in 4 for quarter share). All the meat will come vacuum sealed and frozen unless otherwise stated.

PRICING
For a quarter of beef, we charge $4.50/pound at hanging weight + your exact butchering fee. Typically an estimate for a quarter is around $1,000.

For a half of beef, we charge $4.25/pound at hanging weight + your exact butchering fee. Typically an estimate for a half is around $1,800.

For a whole beef, we charge $4.00/pound at hanging weight + your exact butchering fee. Typically an estimate for a whole is around $3,500.

All beef is a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a beef share, please fill out this form here. A $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your share. Once your deposit is submitted, your share is secured. Please note your cut due date; these are non-negotiable. Use the links below to submit your cut choices.
