Pasture Raised Chicken
Our meat chickens are purchased as chicks from a local, reputable hatchery. They are raised on rotational pasture and supplemented with grain feed. Our chicken is raised to be a final dressed weight of approximately 5-7lb. All chicken shares are whole chicken. All meat will come vacuum sealed and frozen unless otherwise stated. Chicken is available on a first come, first serve basis. We typically have two rounds; one in the spring and one in the fall. Pre-ordering is highly recommended.
