Farm Raised Pork

Our hogs are purchased as piglets from a local, reputable breeder and then are grain-finished on our farm. We take them to the butcher when they are approximately 250 pounds live weight. Hanging weights typically range from 175-200 pounds. You can estimate around 125-150 pounds of “take home” meat.

Butcher fee varies based on how much you get smoked/any specialty items like sausage, scrapple, etc. Typically, our customers’ butchering bill varies from $250-$300 for a whole. All the meat will come vacuum sealed and frozen unless otherwise stated.


PRICING
For a whole hog, we charge $600 + your exact butchering fee.
Estimate around $850-950.

For a half hog, we charge $350 + your exact butchering fee.
Estimate around $550-650.

All pork is a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a pork share, please fill out this form here. A $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your share. Once your deposit is submitted, your share is secured. Please note your cut due date; these are non-negotiable. Use the links below to submit your cut choices.
